Premiere Event produces the largest global industry event dedicated to showcasing Actors, Models, Dancers and Singers to Talent Agents, Managers and Industry Professionals who specialize in kids programming between the ages of 5-18. Young performers from all over the world go through our interview process in order to be invited to attend Premiere Event. The week long event draws dozens of today’s top Talent Agents, Managers, Casting Directors and Record Labels from across the globe looking to find their next discovery for upcoming projects. If invited to attend, you will be among a carefully selected group of kids, teens and young adults who will have the opportunity to work with celebrities from your favorite kids networks.

This unique family-friendly event begins with participants engaging in orientations and seminars hosted by experts throughout the industry. This is followed by category-specific talent showcases in which the participants will perform a variety of Commercials, Scenes, Monologues, Modeling Techniques, Dance Routines and/or Songs in front of Talent Agents, Managers and Industry Professionals. Talent who receive callbacks will meet one on one with our Talent Agents, Managers and Industry Professionals to discuss job opportunities and representation. The top talent for the week will vie for thousands of dollars in cash in prizes!

Premiere Event has become the de facto way that Talent Agents, Managers, Casting Directors and Industry Insiders discover new talent. Training is no longer required to break into the business. With the success of reality television and the average age of leading roles trending younger, Talent Agents, Managers and Industry Professionals now look for self-confidence and unique personalities.

I began my professional life working as a teen in New York theatre and television in the 1980’s. My passion for the business led me to several roles on networks like ABC, CBS and NBC. Early success was found staring on daytime soap operas such as “One Life to Live” and “Ryan’s Hope”. This led to a move to Los Angeles to work in film and educational acting programs.

Currently I am serving as the executive producer of a reality show titled “My Hollywood” that is shooting in the US, Canada and Singapore. “My Hollywood” follows the lives of families from around the world and their journey into the entertainment industries. Recently served as a producer on TV film Pop Star distributed by Lifetime Movie Network.


Michael David Palance has been involved in the many aspects of the entertainment industry since 1985.  Originally trained in theater, he made his first appearance on television in 1986. Michael has many ongoing projects that run concurrently but has been helping talent find work in TV and film through his talent showcase, Premiere.
